Markful's Football Schedule Magnets are custom printed branded magnets featuring football team schedules — a popular client gift that keeps your name, photo, and contact information visible throughout the entire football season. Football Schedule Magnets are ordered directly at markful.com/football and are not available through your branded shop.

Schedules are available for all 32 NFL teams, most major college programs, NFL conferences, and a Create Your Own option that lets you combine any available teams on a single magnet.

Available Team Options

• NFL — all 32 teams. Schedules include dates and times. Monday Night, Sunday Night, and Thursday Night Football options available.
• College — Division I programs. Game times are not shown on college schedules as times change frequently throughout the season.
• Conference — including ACC, Big 10, Big 12, Pac-12, SEC, Sun Belt, Mountain West, Mid-American, FBS Independents, and American Athletic Conference.
• Create Your Own (CYO) — mix and match any available teams on one magnet, up to the maximum for your chosen style.

QuickStix (Peel & Stick)

3.5" x 9" card with a 3.375" x 2" peel-and-stick magnet on top.                                     

Simply remove the backing and adhere your own business card to the magnet. Fits in a #10 envelope (sold separately). Mails for 1-ounce postage. Brilliant 4-color printing on heavyweight card stock. Supports up to 6 teams (CYO). Back-side printing available.

QuickCard (Standard Magnet Card)

Postcard Mailer (Magnet Card Mailer)

3.5" x 9" with a 3.2" x 2" magnetic strip on the back.

The only style that can self-mail without an envelope. Mails for 1-ounce postage. Brilliant 4-color printing on heavyweight card stock. Back-side printing available. Game details subject to change.

First Class Magnet (Small Full Magnet)

3.5" x 5.875" with a full magnet back.

Compact and polished. Requires a #7 or #10 envelope for mailing (sold separately). Mails for 1-ounce postage. High-quality 4-color printing. Supports up to 2 teams. No back-side printing.

QuickMagnet (Standard Full Magnet)

3.5" x 9" with a full magnet back.

Sturdy construction with high-quality 4-color printing. Fits in a #10 envelope (sold separately). Mails for 2-ounce postage. Supports up to 6 teams (CYO). No back-side printing.

Helmet-Shaped Magnet

4" x 4.75" with a full magnet back.

Custom shaped in the form of a football helmet. Fits in a Jumbo (A7) envelope (sold separately). Mails for 1-ounce postage. High-quality 4-color printing. Single team only — no CYO option. No back-side printing.

Football-Shaped Magnet

7" x 4" with a full magnet back.

Custom shaped in the form of a football. Fits in a #10 envelope (sold separately). Mails for 2-ounce postage. High-quality 4-color printing. Single team only — no CYO option. No back-side printing.

Game details are subject to change. All schedules include a QR code linking to the most up-to-date schedule information so your magnets stay useful all season long.

Back-Side Printing

QuickStix, QuickCard, and Postcard Mailer styles can include back-side printing at no additional charge. Available options include:

• Blank back
• Monday Night / Sunday Night schedules
• Sunday Night schedule
• College bowl schedules

Back-side printing is selected before personalization begins — not at checkout.

How to Order

2. Select your preferred magnet style
3. Choose your background design palette (4 options available)
4. Select back-side printing options if applicable
5. Select your quantity
6. Choose your mailing service if applicable
7. Click Start Personalizing to enter the editor and add your agent branding — photo, logo, name, title, phone, email, and other contact details
8. Add envelopes as an optional add-on if needed (sold separately)
9. Review and approve your proof
10. Complete checkout

Design & Customization

Every magnet includes a contact block (approximately 2" x 3.5") for your personal branding. You can customize:

• Headshot / photo
• Company logo
• Up to 6 lines of text — name, title, phone, email, website, tagline
• Professional symbols (Realtor, Equal Housing Opportunity, MLS)
• Design palette (4 options control the overall color scheme of the contact block)
• Team selection (within available teams)

Official team logos, team names, mascots, and the schedule itself cannot be changed — these are auto-populated and protected.

Acceptable file formats: JPG, PNG, PDF. For best results, submit files in CMYK color space.

Need design help? Select the design help option under Start Personalizing or click Need Design Help? in the editor. Our in-house art team will create your design for a $25.00 art fee. First proof delivered within 2 business days. Includes 2 complimentary revisions.

Custom and High School Schedules

For a team not available in standard team selection — such as a high school team — a custom order is available. A $25.00 art fee applies and you will need to provide your schedule information in an Excel spreadsheet. This is not available through the standard Create Your Own flow. Envelopes

Envelopes are not included automatically — they are an optional add-on selected during ordering. Options include blank white, premium color, and printed envelopes. Return address printing is available for an additional cost.

• #10 envelope — fits QuickStix, QuickCard, Postcard Mailer, QuickMagnet, Football-Shaped
• #7 envelope — fits First Class Magnet
• Jumbo (A7) envelope — fits Helmet-Shaped

Mailing Services

Markful can handle mailing directly to your client list. Mailing options are selected under Start Personalizing — not at checkout.

• Ship to you — Markful ships your magnets to you and you handle distribution.
• Upload your list — provide your mailing list and Markful handles addressing and mailing. Adds 7–10 business days processing plus transit time.
• Purchase a list — $0.07 per address. Filter by household income, age, and other demographics.

Mail classes:

• Standard Mail — 5–10 business days delivery. Best for large volume when timing is flexible.
• First Class — 2–3 business days delivery. Best for time-sensitive mailings.

Seasonal Timeline

• Pre-sale starts April 20 — 30% off, the best discount of the season. Discounts decrease as the season approaches.
• NFL schedule finalizes May 12–14 — Markful updates all designs. Schedules shown before this date are placeholders — you will not receive an outdated schedule.
• Production begins early June — pre-sale orders enter production first, in the order they were received.
• Pre-sale orders ship mid-June — well ahead of the NFL season.
• College season starts late August / early September — varies by conference.
• NFL Kickoff September 9, 2026.

Production & Shipping

Standard production: 3–5 business days. Peak season: 5–7 business days. Production requires proof approval and full payment.

Ships from San Diego, CA via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Estimated transit times:

• West Coast: 1–2 business days
• Midwest: 2–3 business days
• East Coast: 3–5 business days

Tracking is sent by email and updated in your account dashboard. Expedited shipping is available at checkout — cost and delivery date are shown before final payment.

Reordering

Three paths are available:

• Account > My Orders — Buy It Again (no fee) or Buy It Again with Changes ($10.00 fee).
• Orders link in navigation — same options.
• Football page banner — if you have ordered in a previous season, a banner at the top of the football page shows your previous orders. Select your order and choose Reorder As-Is (no fee), We'll Update It for You ($25.00 fee), or Edit It Myself (no fee, pre-filled).

Save your contact block as a profile to make future reorders even faster.

Group Orders

Use the Buy for a Group option on the product page to order for multiple agents at once. Select Buy for a Group, then choose your quantity and click Personalize From Your Profile List to personalize each agent's magnet using saved profiles. You can also upload a spreadsheet with agent contact information. A 10% discount applies automatically for groups of 2 or more.
