Clearing Your Cache

Re-fresh your web experience to ensure your templates and logos are loading correctly.

Deleting cache data helps to troubleshoot, decrease the loading time of webpages, and increases the performance of your computer/device. It is good practice to clear/empty your Cache every two weeks. This issue may affect your experience on Markful due to images not loading properly, or timeouts when navigating our site. Below are simple instructions on how to clear your cache on all browsers:

Google Chrome

Click the three-dot menu in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage.

Select More Tools>Clear Browsing Data.

This will open a dialog box to delete your browsing history as well your download history (it will not delete your actual downloaded files, cookies, cached images and files (which help load pages faster when you revisit), saved passwords and more. You can delete only the info from the last hour, day, week, month, or all of them with All Time.

Microsoft Edge

Click on the three horizontal lines (also known as the Hamburger).

Select Settings>Settings (again)>Privacy, search and services>Clear Browsing Data.

Choose the files that you want to clear.

Safari

Click History>Clear History
