Markful offers custom embroidered apparel for real estate professionals — polos, t-shirts, jackets, hats, and branded workwear, all customized with your company logo.

Finding Your Shop

All custom apparel is ordered through your company's branded shop on Markful.com. Your shop already has your company's logo, colors, and approved styles set up.

How to Order
  • Log in to your account at Markful.com

  • Navigate to your branded shop

  • Select your apparel item and choose your size and color

  • Personalize by choosing the logo option

  • Review your order and add to cart

  • Complete checkout

Decoration Methods

Most apparel is decorated using embroidery — your logo is stitched directly into the fabric. Embroidery is durable, professional, and long-lasting and is used on the majority of Markful apparel orders.
Some t-shirts in select shops are available with DTF (direct-to-film) heat transfer printing. If both options are available in your shop, they will appear as separate product options.
Logo Placement
Standard placement is the left chest. If you would like your logo in a different location — right chest, sleeve, or back — contact our support team. Alternative placement is available but must be requested before your order is placed. Each additional decoration location is an upcharge per location.

Sizing

A full range of standard sizes is available. Extended sizes carry a small per-item upcharge:

2XL — small upcharge per item

3XL — small upcharge per item

4XL — small upcharge per item

For items or sizes not shown in your shop, contact us — extended catalog options are available for orders of 10 or more pieces.

Pricing

Apparel pricing is shown in your branded shop and updates based on the item and options selected. There is no minimum order quantity.

For orders of 10 or more pieces, bulk pricing may apply. Contact our Account Management team at am@markful.com for bulk pricing on larger orders.

Production & Shipping

Standard production time is 5 business days. If your order includes a logo that has not been previously digitized for embroidery, allow an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Apparel ships from San Diego, CA. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. If you have a specific in-hands date, contact our support team before placing your order so we can confirm the timeline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add my name or title to my apparel?

Yes, a name can be added to the embroidery. Please reach out to our customer support team prior to placing the order to discuss options and additional cost associated.

Can I order apparel that isn't in my branded shop?

Yes, contact our support team or your account manager at am@markful.com. Extended catalog options are available for orders of 10 or more pieces.

Can I change the thread color of my logo?

Thread colors for branded shop orders are set by your company. If you have questions about your company's approved colors, contact your office admin or account manager.

What if my apparel has a defect?

Contact our support team with photos of the issue and we will make it right. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

What is the return policy?

Custom embroidered apparel is made to order — returns are not accepted on personalized items. If there is a defect or an error on our end, we will take care of it. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering. Contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Can I place a large order for my whole office?

Yes — contact our Account Management team at am@markful.com for a quote and timeline on office-wide or large volume orders.
