What to expect for timing once your order has shipped.
We ship orders via USPS & UPS (predominantly) from El Cajon, California (San Diego County) – so, depending on how far you are from us, your order will be in transit for any amount of time between one day and five business days. You can determine the actual transit time by referencing the UPS map shown below.
For custom magnet orders, depending on the order, there is typically a 2-5 business-day production period plus shipping time - although it may be a bit longer during our busiest seasons. Please reference our Production Timeline article for current production times.
We email your tracking number to you upon shipping, so you can always follow your order's progress.
