Sending us art files for your order
If you place an order that requires our art team, we'll create a ticket to house all of our communications, proofs, etc. with you. When you get the confirmation that our art team is working on your order, please reply to that email with any artwork and instructions.
If you need to send any art to us, please send your files to info@markful.com. You'll receive an email confirmation once we have successfully received your art files. Please be sure to include your order number and any special instructions.
