Embroidered apparel is made to order based on the size, color, and logo you select and approve at checkout. We provide detailed size measurements on each product page to help you choose the right fit.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for issues related to sizing, logo selection, or product selection on embroidered items.

  • That said, we’ll always work with you to find the fairest path forward—we don’t profit from honest mistakes.

Report a Defect (We’ll Make It Right)
If your item arrived with a defect—either with the garment or the embroidery—please email us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

How to Report a Defect

  1. Email Customer Service: info@markful.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the defect

    • Photos clearly showing the issue

  3. We’ll respond with next steps to make it right.
