Will Car Magnets Stick to my Vehicle?
Information regarding car magnet compatibility with certain car models
Markful car magnets are designed to work on most vehicles with steel body panels. However, some newer models are made with aluminum, fiberglass, or plastic in certain areas, which means magnets won’t adhere properly.
How do I know if Markful car magnets will work on my vehicle?
The easiest way to know if car magnets will work for your vehicle is to test it first. Grab a regular household magnet and carefully apply it to the spot where you’d like your Markful magnet to go. If the household magnet sticks, your Markful magnet will too. If it doesn’t, the panel is not steel and won’t hold a magnet.
Perform a internet search of your vehicle's make and model with the added search term “steel body” to confirm your vehicle's panel construction as steel, aluminum or plastic.
