Why isn't my promo code working?
Checklist on why a code might not be working.
Gift Cards vs. Coupon Codes (What to Expect)

Gift Cards:

Can be used multiple times until the balance is $0.

No expiration date.

Enter in the Gift Card field in your cart.

Coupon/Promo Codes:
-
Typically one-time use per customer/order.
-
May have expiration dates or other restrictions.

Enter in the Coupon Code field at checkout.

Use the correct field:
-
Gift Card → enter in the Gift Card field in your cart (before clicking Checkout).

Coupon/Promo Code → enter in the Coupon Code field during checkout and click Apply.

Company-provided gift card?
Make sure your cart contains the correct items and quantities specified by your Admin. -
Exact code + expiration:
Copy/paste the code, remove extra spaces, and confirm it hasn’t expired.
Other Reasons a Code Might Not Apply

Minimum purchase or eligible items not met.

Code already used or cannot be combined with other offers.

Items in cart are excluded from the promotion (e.g., certain products or collections).

Case/character sensitive entry or extra spaces before/after the code.
