Why Do I See “Image Coming Soon”?
Sometimes you’ll see an “Image Coming Soon” thumbnail on a product or template. This simply means the photo preview is still being updated—the product is available and your order will print from your approved design file, not the placeholder image.
Where You Might See It
- Product list tiles or product detail pages
- Template thumbnails (especially newly launched products or template designs)
- Brand-specific previews inside a shop
What You Can Do
- Open the Editor: Your live preview in the Editor reflects the actual artwork that will be produced. Approve from there with confidence.
- Refresh or try another browser/device if a thumbnail doesn’t load after a few minutes.
