Some Markful products ship separately by nature, which may cause parts of your order to arrive at different times.
If you’ve received part of your order but are still waiting on the rest, don’t worry—this can happen for a few different reasons, and in most cases, it’s completely normal.
Products That Ship Separately by Nature
Certain products are produced and shipped on their own schedule, which means they may arrive before or after other items in your order. These include:
- Pens
- Display products
- Products with express production timelines
If you ordered one of these, it’s likely on its own shipment. The rest of your order will follow soon.
Split Shipping by Request
If you specifically requested Split Shipping (for example, shipping part of your order ahead of a pre-ordered product like sports schedules), then your items will be sent in multiple shipments. Additional shipping costs apply to this service.
