What to do if my order was delivered to the wrong address?

If your order shows as delivered but went to the wrong address, we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it

On rare occasions, a shipment may be marked as delivered but ends up at the wrong address. We understand how frustrating this can be and will do everything possible to make it right. 

What To Do First:

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order: 

  1. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation. 
  1. Contact us with: 
  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue (where tracking says it was delivered vs. your actual address)

How We Handle It:

Once we have your information, our team will: 

  • Investigate with the carrier to determine where the package was delivered. 
  • Attempt to recover and re-route the original package if possible. 
  • If recovery isn’t possible and your order is urgent, we’ll discuss options for reprinting and reshipping your order quickly.
