What to do if my order is late?
If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, we’ll work with you to understand what happened and do everything we can to make it right.
We know how important your order is, and we’re truly sorry if it hasn’t arrived on time. Late deliveries can happen for two main reasons—either during production or shipping—and we’re committed to supporting you in both situations.
Production Delays
If your order is still in our facility and has been delayed during production, we’ll review what happened right away. In these cases, we’ll work to:
- Prioritize your order and move it forward as quickly as possible.
- Explore options such as expedited shipping to help offset the delay.
- Communicate clearly with you about updated timelines.
If the delay is on us, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier (UPS or USPS). While we can’t directly control their transit schedules, we still want to hear from you if your package is late. In these cases, we will:
- Investigate with the carrier to check status or resolve misrouted shipments.
- Provide updates and guidance so you know what to expect.
- Discuss alternative solutions—such as reprinting or expediting a replacement—if your order is needed urgently for an event.
Note: Weather, peak holiday volumes, or carrier routing errors can sometimes cause delays outside of our control. Even then, we’ll do our best to advocate for you with the carrier.
