What happens after your branded Shop Launches

Congratulations on the launch of your Shop! We are excited to provide you and your company full access to all of our products, personalized to your brand. Now that your shop is launched, you might have some questions. Please read below for answers to the most frequently asked questions as well as ways to get the most out of your shop:

 

When can I begin ordering?

Now! Once you've received your unique shop link, you and your colleagues can begin personalizing and ordering branded products. If you have any questions, or need a little support placing your first order, our Customer Success Team is always a phone call, chat, or email away! We're available Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM at 800-789-6247 or info@markful.com

 

What if I need additional changes or updates to my shop:
Admins (Broker/Admin) – Start Here:
Email our Account Management team at am@markful.com with your request. We’ll review your goals and follow up with options, timeline, and pricing, plus any recommendations to get you exactly what you need.

Single Agents – Start Here:
Email our Customer Service team at info@markful.com. We’ll help with the best available options using existing tools and templates, and guide you through the process.

Where are the designs and templates I provided?

If you uploaded special templates & designs, we will require an additional 3-5 business days to get those processed, recreated and uploaded into your shop. We'll send you a confirmation email when we launch your basic shop, and another when your custom templates are published to your shop. 

 

Can I share this shop with the rest of my company/team?

Absolutely! Now that you've received your Shop link, you are able to share your shop link with anyone in your team/office. They will have direct access to order approved, branded products. What if I have other logos I'd like to add?

Send your files and instructions to am@markful.com along with your shop URL and best contact info.

We’ll assess your request, confirm the best setup (add to your current shop or create a new, unique shop), provide next steps, timeline, and any potential charges, and share a preview for approval before going live.
