Placing a Special Order (Custom Projects & Non-Standard Requests)

Have a custom request that isn’t available directly on the site? We’re happy to help with special sizes, placements, bundles, or promo items.

How to Start (Preferred)

  • Submit the Special Order form: Special order form

  • Time-sensitive? Call (800) 789-6247 for fastest support, then submit the form so we have all details in one place.

What to Include (so we can quote quickly)

  • Product(s): links or descriptions (apparel, signs, promo items)

  • Decoration: Embroidery, DTF, or other

  • Quantities by size & gender (if apparel) and colors

  • Artwork files: vector PDF/AI/EPS preferred; high-res PNG/JPG also OK

  • Deadline/need-by date and shipping address (for transit estimate)

  • Any special instructions: placement notes, PMS/brand colors, packaging, split shipments

  • Reference a previous order # if we should match a past project

What Happens Next

  1. Review & Quote: We confirm options, pricing, and timeline.

  2. Proof: Our Art Team creates and emails a proof for approval (typically within 1–2 business days after specs/art are received).

  3. Approval & Payment: Approve the proof and complete payment.

  4. Production & Shipping: We produce your order and send tracking once it ships.

  • For best results, reach out before placing an order—special orders may require custom setup and added lead time.
