Easily Resetting Your Password: A Step-by-Step Guide
If you need to reset your password, don’t worry! It’s a simple process. Here’s how to do it:
- Click “Forgot Password?”
On the login page, select Forgot Password?. - Enter your email
Type the email address associated with your account. - Check your inbox
We’ll send a password reset email within 1–2 minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder. - Open the latest email and click the reset link (once)
- If you clicked Forgot Password multiple times, use the most recent email.
- Don’t click the link multiple times—click once and let the page load fully.
- Create a new password
Follow the prompts to set a new password. - Automatic login
After you set your new password, you’ll be logged in automatically. Next time, sign in with your new password.
Troubleshooting
- No email after a few minutes: Check spam/junk and filters; if needed, request a new reset email and then use that latest email.
- Link says “invalid” or “expired”: You likely opened an older email. Request a new reset and use only the newest email’s link.
- Clicked multiple times by accident: Request a fresh reset, wait for the new email, and click that link once.
