Tracking Your Order's Status
Use the Orders tab in your Account to view previous orders and track progress on any orders in production.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation on-screen and by email—including your unique order number (it will look like MRK1234567).
To track your order at any time:

Log in to your account.

Click on "Account" in the upper right corner (next to the shopping cart icon).

In your Account Dashboard, click “Orders” from the menu on the left (about halfway down).

Find your order to view the current status and tracking info (if available).
Here’s what your order status means:

In Production: Your order is being processed and prepared for print. (If you requested custom artwork, this step may take a little longer.)

Not Yet Shipped: Your item is still in production. Production times range from 1–7 business days, depending on the product.

Shipped: Your order has left our facility. A tracking number will be available.

Delivered: Your order has been delivered by the carrier.
