Ordering & Setup for DTF T-shirts
“Is there a minimum order for t-shirts?”
No, you can order just one or as many as you need. If you’re placing a team order over 50, reach out and we can see if a volume discount offer is available at the time of your order.
“How do I order the new t-shirts?”
If you're ordering through your Shop, you should already see your branded tees listed under apparel. Just follow the usual steps to choose your style, color, and size. If ordering on the website outside of a Shop, after making your shirt selection, use the “Upload a File” link to add your logo or custom graphic for printing.
“Is there a setup fee?”
When you order the t-shirts shown in your Shop, there’s no setup fee. For orders outside of a Shop, there’s a one-time $25 setup fee per design.
“Will my design be saved for future orders?”
Yes! Once your design is approved, it stays on file for easy reordering so they’ll be no need to pay the setup fee again for the same design.
“Will I see a proof of my t-shirt before it is printed?”
For Shops, the image you see is your proof. For new uploads, including special orders, we will send a proof for approval before printing.
“How fast will I get my order?”
Production generally takes 3–5 business days plus shipping. Special orders may take a little longer and we’ll give you an estimate if that’s the case.
