How to Manage your shipping address on your account

Keeping your shipping addresses updated ensures smooth delivery. You can manage addresses in your account or update them during checkout.

Manage Addresses in Your Account

Log In:
Sign in to your Markful account.

Go to Account Settings:
Navigate to your account settings, which can be found by selecting account in the upper right hand corner of the website next to the shopping cart icon.

Open “Your Addresses”:
View all shipping addresses on file.

Add a New Address:
Select Add Address, enter the details, and save. You can set it as your default shipping address.

Edit an Address:
Select Edit, make your changes, and save.

Delete an Address:
Select Delete (or Remove) on any address you no longer need and confirm.

Manage Addresses During Checkout (Quick Option)

On the Shipping step at checkout, you can add, edit, or delete a shipping address and choose which one to use for that order—no need to visit Account Settings.

Tips

  • Double-check suite/unit numbers, ZIP/Postal Codes

  • The selected address at checkout is the one used for that order, even if it’s not your default.
