How to Report a Quality Issue
Email info@markful.com with the following so we can investigate right away:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue (what’s wrong and which items are affected)

  • Clear photos: full product + close-ups that show the problem

  • If applicable, the original artwork/headshot file you used (attach the file, not a screenshot)

  • Quantity affected (how many units) and any deadline/need-by date

Common Issues We Can Resolve

  • Print defects: banding, streaks, color shifts, off-center/cropped artwork

  • Production errors: wrong item/size/finish, mis-stitched embroidery

  • Damage in transit: bent corners, creases, broken hardware

  • Missing items or incorrect quantities

What Happens Next

  • We’ll review your photos/files, identify the cause, and confirm next steps—this may include a reprint/replacement or a credit, depending on findings.

  • If it appears to be carrier damage, we’ll handle the claim and start a replacement.

Helpful Tips (to speed things up)

  • Take photos in good, even lighting; include packaging if there’s shipping damage.

  • For color/brightness concerns, send the original file—it helps us spot exposure or DPI issues.

  • Personalized items are final sale, but defects or damage are fully covered—we’ll make it right.
