How to Re-Order

Learn the quickest way to re-order depending on the type of product.

Already ordered with Markful before? Reordering is fast, your previous designs and information are saved to your account. This guide covers every reorder path available depending on the product and what you need to change.

Path 1 — Buy It Again from Your Order History

This path works for most Markful products. 

Log into your markful account and select 'Orders' in the top right hand corner (next to the shopping cart icon)

Buy It Again

Reorders the exact same product with no changes- same design, same options, same quantity. No fee. Your order goes straight to production after checkout.

Best for: reordering when nothing has changed.

Buy It Again with Changes

Need to update a phone number, email, title, or other detail? A $10.00 change fee applies. Describe your changes in the text box and our design team will make the updates. Your updated proof is delivered within 2 business days and production begins after you approve.

Best for: small updates to an existing design.

Tip: Both options are available directly from Account > My Orders — no need to start from scratch.

Path 2 — Reorder from the Product Page (Seasonal Products)

For seasonal products - Calendar Pad Magnets and Football & Baseball schedule magnets-there is an additional reorder path built right into the product page.

At the top of the product page, a scrolling banner shows your previous orders from past seasons, filterable by year or searchable by order. Select the order you want to reorder from and choose one of three options:

Reorder As-Is Fastest — Recommended

Same design, updated for the new season. No edits needed — goes straight to preview and confirm. No fee.

Best for: customers whose contact information has not changed and want the exact same design.

We'll Update It for You

Tell us what to change and our design team will update your product. A $25.00 fee applies. Once updated, your proof is sent for approval before production begins.

Best for: customers who need changes but prefer not to make edits themselves.

Edit It Myself

Your previous order's information is pre-filled — just review each field, update anything that has changed, and preview before confirming. No fee.

Best for: customers who want to review and update their own information for the new season.

Nothing has changed since last year? Reorder As-Is is the fastest path. It skips the editor entirely, the season is updated automatically, and there is no fee.

Something has changed? Edit It Myself pre-fills everything from your last order — you only update what is different. Also no fee.

Which Path Should I Use?

Not sure which option is right for you? Here's a quick guide:

  • Nothing has changed, same product: Buy It Again from order history — or for seasonal products, Reorder As-Is from the product page.
  • Small update — phone, email, title: Buy It Again with Changes ($10) from order history — or Edit It Myself (free) from the seasonal product page.
  • Want someone to make changes for you: Buy It Again with Changes ($10) from order history — or We'll Update It for You ($25) from the seasonal product page.
  • Significant redesign or new product: Start a new order from your branded shop or Markful.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my previous orders?

Log in to your account at Markful.com and go to Account > My Orders. All previous orders are listed there with the option to reorder.

Can I change the quantity when reordering?

Yes — when using Buy It Again or Buy It Again with Changes, you can adjust the quantity at checkout.

I want to use a different logo or updated artwork on my reorder.

Use Buy It Again with Changes from your order history and describe the logo update in the changes box — you will need to provide your new logo file. For seasonal products, select We'll Update It for You from the product page banner and include your new logo with your instructions.

Note: if you are looking to update your company logo across your entire branded shop, that is a separate request — contact your office admin or account manager at am@markful.com.

I need to update my photo on my reorder.

Use Buy It Again with Changes from your order history and note that you are providing a new photo. For seasonal products such as Calendar Pad Magnets, you can also use Edit It Myself from the product page banner — your previous information is pre-filled and you can swap in your new photo directly in the editor.

I need to update my phone number, email, or address.

Use Buy It Again with Changes ($10.00 fee) from your order history and describe what needs to be updated. For seasonal products, use Edit It Myself (free) from the product page banner — your previous information is pre-filled so you only need to update what has changed.

Can I change the design completely when reordering?

Buy It Again with Changes is best for small updates. For a significant redesign or a completely different template, we recommend starting a new order from your branded shop or Markful.com so you have full control over the design from the beginning.

Can I change the size or product type when reordering?

No — Buy It Again and Buy It Again with Changes apply to the same product. If you want a different size or product type, start a new order.

I don't see a Reorder from Last Season banner on the product page.

The banner only appears if you have a previous order for that product on your account. If you ordered under a different account or email, contact our support team at 1-800-789-6247 or info@markful.com and we can help locate your previous order.

How long does a reorder take?

Reorders follow the same production timelines as new orders. If you used Buy It Again with Changes or We'll Update It for You, your proof will be delivered within 2 business days and production begins after you approve. For seasonal products during peak season (September through December), allow additional production time.

Can I reorder for someone else or a different agent?

For group or office reorders, contact our Account Management team at am@markful.com — they can help coordinate reorders for multiple agents efficiently.
