How Do I Upload My Own Artwork?

How to Upload Your Own Artwork

You can upload your own artwork directly on our site. Here's how:

  1. Go to markful.com/upload-your-own-artwork
  2. Select your product
  3. Choose any production options (size, quantity, finish, etc.)
  4. Click Start Personalizing
  5. If your product has a front and back, you may have the option to customize the back as well
  6. Upload your file
  7. Your final proof will appear on the next step for you to review before placing your order

What file types do you accept?

We accept print-ready PDF (preferred), JPG, JPEG and PNG files. For the best print quality, your file should be 300 DPI at full size, and the max file size is 10 MB. If you are using Canva, export as PDF Print and check the Flatten PDF box before downloading.

My design looks cut off or cropped in the preview

This usually means the size of your artwork and the product size you selected do not match. Make sure the product size you choose matches the dimensions of your artwork. You can find the correct dimensions for each product on the product page.

My file won't upload

Make sure your file is a print-ready PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG, 300 DPI at full size and under 10 MB. If you are using Canva, export as PDF Print with the Flatten PDF option selected. If you are still having trouble, add your product to the cart and give our customer service team a call at 1-800-789-6247. We are happy to take a look before you place your order.

Can I make changes after I upload?

Once your file is uploaded you can move the design around to get the positioning right, but changes to the artwork itself will need to be made in your original file and re-uploaded. If you need help, give us a call at 1-800-789-6247 and we can walk you through it.
