How Do I Choose the Right Apparel Size?

How to select the right size for your apparel items before making a purchase.

Every Markful apparel product includes a product-specific size chart—you’ll find it on the product page under Product Details. Because sizing can vary between brands and even styles, always use the chart for the exact item you’re ordering.

Step-by-Step: Get the Most Accurate Fit

  • Measure yourself
Use a flexible tape to measure bust/chest, waist, hips, and inseam. No tape? Use a string and measure it against a ruler.

  • Open the product’s size chart
Check that you’re viewing the chart for the exact product you’re buying. Confirm whether measurements are in inches or centimeters.

  • Read the fit description
Notes like “relaxed fit,” “slim fit,” or “true to size” help set expectations for how the garment will drape.

  • Review model details (if shown)
Model height + size worn can provide a helpful visual reference.

  • Choose your size
Match your measurements to the chart. If you’re between sizes, choose up for a roomier fit or down for a more tailored fit.

Tips

  • Compare measurements to a similar garment you own for an apples-to-apples check.

  • If you’re ordering for a team, collect measurements in advance to speed things up.
