How Are Estimated Delivery Dates Calculated?
Your estimated delivery date combines product production timelines with your chosen shipping method—but in some cases, it may not be available.
When you place an order with Markful, you may see an estimated delivery date during checkout. This date takes into account both the production timelines for the products in your cart and the shipping option you select.
How Delivery Dates Are Calculated
- Production Time
- Each product has its own stated production timeline and can be found in the product details or in our Production Timeline Matrix:

- Shipping Method
- Once your order is produced, delivery times are based on the shipping option you choose.
- You can view shipping time estimates in our [Shipping Options Help Article — Placeholder].
When an Estimated Delivery Date May Not Appear
Sometimes, you won’t see an estimated delivery date at checkout. This can happen if:
- Mailing Services are included in your order.
- Proof approval is required due to design services—your order won’t move forward until you approve the proof.
- Payment hasn’t been completed, which prevents us from scheduling production.
- You’ve placed a special order, which requires manual review by our team.
