How and when to use profiles
Profiles are our way of allowing users to save personalized information, such as your name, title, headshots, phone numbers, office numbers, and more.
To access profiles, you must have an account with us.
A profile is automatically created for you when you are logged in and personalize a product, making the process seamless. Once you have a profile set up, it automatically loads in the editor, making your personalization process smoother and more efficient. This means that the second time you personalize a product, you won’t have to re-enter the same information, saving you time and allowing you to easily personalize multiple products quickly.
You can edit your profiles directly in the editor and save new profiles as needed. Alternatively, you can also manage and edit your profiles in your account settings.
Profiles can be used for multiple people or different versions of personalization. If you’re ordering for multiple individuals, you can select from the dropdown in the editor to choose which person you are personalizing for. Additionally, profiles enable you to easily order for a group. If you have all your profiles built for each person, you can quickly load all profiles when entering the group order process.
