Estimated Delivery Dates

We show estimated dates to help you plan your order. Here’s how they work and what to expect.

What the Dates Mean

  • Estimated Ship Date: When your order is expected to leave our facility based on our current production timeline.

  • Estimated Arrival Date: A carrier-based estimate of when your order may arrive, calculated from your shipping address and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Estimates, not guarantees: Arrival dates are not guaranteed (carriers can experience delays). We do our best to meet or beat the estimates provided.

  • Exception – Express Production (Business Cards): If you select Express Production on business cards production is expedited and will arrive within 3-5 business days. 

Where to Find Your Estimate

  • In your cart and at checkout

  • In your order confirmation email

  • In your account under order history. Select Order Details and you will see the estimated shipping date & delivery date (if applicable)

What Can Affect Your Dates

  • Proof/approval timing and any requested changes

  • Order size/complexity (e.g., embroidery, large quantities)

  • Holidays, weather, or carrier delays outside our control

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Tips to Hit a Specific Date

  • Choose a faster shipping method at checkout.

  • Place orders as early as possible, especially around holidays.

  • Keep an eye out for approval emails and respond quickly.

  • For time-sensitive orders, email info@markful.com with your order number and need-by date—we’ll advise on the best path.

Tracking Your Order
