Seeing two charges can be confusing, but most “duplicates” are easy to sort out.

What to Check First

  • Did you place more than one order? Check your email for multiple order confirmations.

  • Did you ask us to change your order? (e.g., added items, upgrades, rush shipping) Changes can create an additional, valid charge.

  • Is one charge “pending”? Banks often show temporary authorization holds alongside the final charge—holds usually drop off automatically per your bank’s policy.
