Crop marks when uploading your own artwork
Removing Crop Marks When Uploading Your Own Artwork
When uploading a custom design, do not include crop marks. Our Editor shows everything you need for a clean, edge-to-edge print.
Quick Setup (What Goes Where)
-
Green safety line: Keep all important content (text, logos, headshots) inside this area.
-
Red cut line (trim): This is the estimated cut line. Minor trimming variance can occur.
-
Bleed (edge-to-edge art): Extend background colors/images past the red line to the canvas edge so there are no white edges after trimming.
Tips for Best Results
-
Remove crop/registration marks before exporting.
-
Avoid thin borders near the edge—they can look uneven after trim.
-
Export at 300 DPI; accepted formats: PDF, PNG, JPG.
-
If your file has transparency, flatten it before upload.
