Can I order custom designs on display products?

Yes—many display products let you upload your own artwork in our DIY Editor (no extra cost). For larger displays, we can also create a custom setup through Special Orders.

DIY Personalization (No Extra Cost)

• Upload your art in the Editor for eligible items like feather flags and retractable banners.

• You’ll see a live mockup before you approve.

Larger & Premium Displays (Special Orders)

• For items like pop-up tents, table throws, and step-and-repeat backdrops, submit a Special Order and we’ll tailor the design and specs to your event.

• We’ll confirm options, pricing, and timeline before any work begins.

What to Include (so we can move fast)

• Product type (flag, banner, tent, table throw, backdrop), Quantity and size

• Artwork files (vector PDF/AI/EPS preferred; high-res PNG/JPG also OK)

• Need-by date and event details (indoor/outdoor)

• Any brand guidelines or color requirements
