Can I Change the Product or Quantity After My Order Has Been Placed?

Yes, in some cases updates can be made to your order after it’s been placed—but timing is important. Please call our Customer Support Team right away at (800) 789-6247 so we can help. 

  • Quantity Changes: If you need to increase or decrease the quantity of an item, our team can usually make this adjustment if your order hasn’t gone into production yet. Even if it has already moved into production, we’re happy to work with you on available options. 
  • Product Changes: If you’d like to swap or add a new product after your order has been placed, a new order will need to be created. Don’t worry—we can help ensure both orders are shipped together to save on shipping costs. 

Because most orders move into production quickly, calling us is the best way to catch your order in time for updates.
